upGrad Education Private Limited, an NSDC-empaneled Vocational Training Partner, is engaged in imparting skill education to students under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The organization invites applications from eligible candidates possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience for deployment as a Trainer in the Retail Sector and Telecom to deliver practical and theoretical training to students from Class 9 (Level-1) to Class 12 (Level 4) in Government Schools across Chhattisgarh. The said job is private and not a government job. Candidates are requested to use fair means to apply for the same.

NSQF

Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver domain-specific vocational education as per the NSQF curriculum to students in schools. Lesson Planning: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with NSQF level competencies. Student Assessment: Conduct both formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress. Industry Exposure: Facilitate guest lectures, field visits, and hands-on sessions to connect classroom learning with real-world retail industry practices. Soft Skills Development: Support students in developing essential communication skills, work ethics, and other employability traits. Coordination with School Authorities: Collaborate closely with school principals and teaching staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the vocational training program. Reporting & MIS: Maintain student attendance, training records, and performance data. Upload and regularly update data on the MIS portals as per project requirements, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the project team. Monitoring & Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with project guidelines, NSQF standards, and required documentation protocols. Capacity Building: Participate in training of trainers (ToTs) sessions and other upskilling initiatives as directed by the Sector Skill Council.
