Vocational Trainers for Healthcare & IT/ITES Sectors
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver domain-specific vocational education as per the NSQF curriculum to students in schools. Lesson Planning: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with NSQF level competencies. Student Assessment: Conduct both formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress. Industry Exposure: Facilitate guest lectures, field visits, and hands-on sessions to connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices. Soft Skills Development: Support students in developing essential communication skills, work ethics, and other employability traits. Coordination with School Authorities: Collaborate closely with school principals and teaching staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the vocational training program. Reporting & MIS: Maintain student attendance, training records, and performance data. Upload and regularly update data on the MIS portals as per project requirements, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the project team. Monitoring & Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with project guidelines, NSQF standards, and required documentation protocols. Capacity Building: Participate in training of trainers (ToTs) sessions and other upskilling initiatives as directed by the Sector Skill Council.

Vocational Trainer (NSQF) – Government Schools You’ll deliver NSQF-aligned vocational training in government schools, helping students build practical, job-ready skills. The role includes classroom instruction, learner assessments, soft-skills development, basic reporting, and coordination with school authorities and project teams. You’ll play a direct role in shaping employability outcomes while ensuring program quality and smooth on-ground execution.
As a School-Based Vocational Educator, you’ll deliver NSQF-aligned training, assess learners, bridge classroom and industry, build soft skills, and handle reporting, compliance, and coordination with school stakeholders.
